Mission
We're hiring a Media Buyer to drive consistent client success through high-performing Meta lead-generation campaigns and seamless back-end automation. In this role, you'll launch and optimize ads, troubleshoot technical systems, and collaborate closely with a dedicated fulfillment team using our proven, turnkey framework. Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.
- Build, launch, and manage paid lead-generation campaigns on Facebook (Meta) for clinic clients
- Monitor, analyze, and tweak campaigns on a daily/weekly cadence to improve KPIs and reduce acquisition costs
- Continually test and iterate creatives, copy, audiences, and offers to drive performance lifts
- Identify, troubleshoot, and fix technical errors within client campaigns and back-end systems
- Manage and maintain back-end systems and automations to ensure smooth, efficient fulfilment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to resolve campaign issues and remove blockers
- Proactively innovate and document new methods to improve client results and fulfilment processes
- Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Use remote collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp, Slack, Zoom) to manage tasks and communicate effectively
- Uphold quality control standards when reviewing, launching, and maintaining campaigns
Qualifications
- Years of Experience: 1+ years in online paid advertising or digital marketing
- CRM Tool: HighLevel (preferred)
- Softwares: Facebook/Meta Ads Manager; HighLevel; ClickUp; Slack; Zoom
- Industry Knowledge Required: Healthcare/wellness clinic lead generation on Meta; familiarity with red light therapy or similar niches is a plus

Technical Requirements
- Own PC or laptop
- Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
- Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
- Access to and proficiency with Meta Business Manager/Ads Manager
- Ability to use collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and Zoom
- Ability to learn and operate within HighLevel (preferred)
Position Description
- Working Hours: 8 hours, from 4:00 PM till 12:00 AM Beirut Time
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
- PTO (Paid Time Off): 14 days per year.
