AI Automation & Systems Manager
- Working Hours: 8 hours, from 4 PM till 12 AM Beirut Time
- Working Days: 5 days a week

- Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
- Salary Range: 2,000 -3,000 USD per month
Company Overview
The company is a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer brand focused on men's performance—combining high-quality supplements with practical coaching to help customers get stronger, feel better, and perform at their best. It operates a robust ecommerce business and invests heavily in performance marketing, creative testing, technology, and data-driven decision-making.
You'll find a culture of ownership, speed, and high standards. The team values clear communication, rapid experimentation, technical excellence, and measurable outcomes. If you enjoy building systems from the ground up, solving operational problems independently, and using technology to make teams faster and more efficient, this is a role where your work will have a direct impact on the business.
Mission
We're hiring an AI Automation & Systems Manager to build and maintain the AI workflows, integrations, automated reporting, and internal systems that improve efficiency across the ecommerce team.
You'll own the technical infrastructure behind smarter workflows—connecting advertising, website, customer, and business data; building automated reporting and Slack alerts; identifying operational bottlenecks; and creating systems that allow the team to surface problems and act on them faster.
This is a highly hands-on role. You'll be expected to take a rough brief, understand the underlying business problem, determine the best technical solution, build it, troubleshoot it, and maintain it independently. If you're a technical builder who understands ecommerce and enjoys combining APIs, coding, AI, automation, and data to solve real business problems, you'll feel right at home.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to solve new problems, improve existing systems, and build automation that creates leverage across the organization. You'll own the AI and automation function end-to-end and move quickly from identifying a bottleneck to building and deploying a reliable solution.
- Build, maintain, and improve AI-powered workflows and internal automations across the ecommerce business.
- Design and maintain integrations between advertising platforms, Shopify, analytics tools, reporting systems, and internal business tools.
- Build automated reporting that connects advertising, website, customer, and business data into actionable dashboards and reports.
- Create Slack alerts and automated notifications so important issues, anomalies, and opportunities surface without requiring manual monitoring.
- Identify operational bottlenecks across ecommerce, marketing, creative, customer, and other internal teams.
- Translate rough briefs and business problems into practical technical solutions with minimal supervision.
- Build, troubleshoot, test, and maintain systems independently from initial concept through deployment.
- Automate repetitive manual processes to improve team efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
- Use APIs, webhooks, scripts, AI tools, and third-party integrations to connect systems and eliminate unnecessary manual work.
- Work with ecommerce data and reporting platforms such as Triple Whale to improve visibility into business performance.
- Integrate and work with Shopify apps and ecommerce tools such as AfterSell and Intelligems.
- Build systems that leverage customer and website behavior data from tools such as Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar.
- Work with subscription platforms, particularly Loop Subscriptions, and integrate subscription data into broader business workflows where needed.
- Monitor existing automations and proactively troubleshoot failures, broken integrations, inaccurate data, and system issues.
- Create documentation for important workflows, integrations, automations, and internal systems.
- Continuously evaluate new AI tools, technologies, and integrations that could create meaningful operational leverage.
- Build systems with reliability, scalability, and maintainability in mind rather than relying on fragile one-off solutions.
- Collaborate with the ecommerce operator and other team members to understand business needs and prioritize the highest-impact technical projects.
- In the first 90 days: understand the existing tech stack, identify key operational bottlenecks, build high-impact automations, establish automated reporting and alerting, and create a reliable foundation for ongoing AI and systems development.
