Apply for this roleTakes a few minutes — no account needed.

Company Overview

The company is a multi-location medical practice serving patients across the greater Chicago area. It focuses on helping people recover from personal injury accidents, workplace injuries, and chronic pain conditions through coordinated, patient-centered care. With a team-based approach and technology-enabled operations, it provides supportive, timely access to care that meets patients where they are—whether in person or through telehealth.

You’ll find a culture that values empathy, clear communication, and doing what’s best for the patient—especially when they are in pain and need guidance. The team is collaborative, fast-paced, and dedicated to delivering consistent, high-quality experiences for a diverse patient community, including many Arabic-speaking patients who rely on accessible, attentive support.

Mission

We’re looking for bilingual Virtual Assistants (English/Arabic) who are ready to make a meaningful impact every day. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many patients, handling scheduling and rescheduling, confirming appointments, and answering questions. You’ll help Arabic-speaking patients navigate their care journey and provide real-time interpretation during medical encounters to ensure nothing is lost in translation.

Your day-to-day will blend patient communication, administrative coordination, and live interpretation. If you enjoy supporting patients with empathy, staying calm under pressure, and working across multiple tools while keeping details organized—you’ll feel right at home.

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence. You’ll help patients feel seen, heard, and supported—especially those who prefer to communicate in Arabic.
