Apply for this roleTakes a few minutes — no account needed.

Company Overview

The company builds AI-powered sales solutions that help B2B teams generate pipeline, qualify leads, and book more meetings with less manual effort. Its platform and services blend intelligent automation with human expertise to deliver outcomes, not just software. The culture is entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and customer-obsessed—where experiments, data, and ownership drive decisions. You'll join a remote-first team that values transparency, thoughtful debate, and shipping work that creates real impact for clients.

From early-stage disruptors to established enterprises, the company partners with go-to-market teams to operationalize AI in practical, revenue-focused ways. It focuses on quality, accountability, and a figure it out mindset—backed by clear processes, strong execution, and measurable results.

Mission

We're hiring a Chief Operating Officer to architect and scale the operating system behind our growth. You'll be the CEO's right hand—turning strategy into execution, building cross-functional rhythms, and leading day-to-day operations across delivery, revenue, product, finance, and people. Your north star is predictable outcomes for customers and an efficient, data-driven business.

Day to day, you'll design and optimize processes, stand up dashboards and KPIs, align GTM and delivery, manage budgets and forecasts, improve margins and capacity, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. If you thrive in high-velocity environments, love turning ambiguity into clarity, and enjoy scaling AI-driven, customer-centric organizations—you'll feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build an operating engine that scales.

  • Translate company strategy into quarterly and monthly operating plans with clear OKRs, budgets, and resourcing.
  • Build and manage the operating cadence: weekly business reviews, forecast calls, pipeline/delivery syncs, and post-mortems.
  • Own end-to-end service delivery operations for AI-powered sales solutions, ensuring on-time, quality outcomes for customers.
  • Stand up and refine core processes (SOPs) across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Delivery/CS, Product, Finance, and People Ops.
  • Establish KPI dashboards and reporting (revenue, pipeline, capacity, margins, churn/retention, NPS) and drive actions from insights.
  • Partner with Sales/RevOps to improve pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, conversion rates, and deal velocity.
  • Align Marketing and Sales on ICP, messaging, SLAs, attribution, and demand-to-revenue handoffs.
  • Oversee onboarding, implementation, and customer success to ensure time-to-value, retention, and expansion targets.
  • Lead capacity planning, workforce scheduling, and vendor/contractor management to meet demand efficiently.
  • Own operating margins and unit economics; drive cost optimization while protecting customer outcomes and team health.
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning, budgeting, and forecasting with Finance; track variances and corrective actions.
  • Improve pricing, packaging, and scoping models to balance competitiveness, profitability, and customer value.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing operations leadership bench; recruit, set goals, coach, and scale teams.
  • Implement risk management, legal/compliance checks, data security standards, and vendor governance.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives (e.g., new productized services, GTM plays, territory models, international expansion).
  • Establish quality assurance processes for AI workflows, data integrity, and outreach/engagement standards.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement through experiments, A/B tests, and documented learnings.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts and strategic partnerships when needed.
  • Report operating performance and recommendations to the CEO and leadership; manage board-level materials as required.
