Beirut time ~1 PM-9 PM (anchored to needing overlap until at least 1 PM EST) - this is a genuinely well-designed crossover shift, mid-shift for European clients and start of US Eastern hours. - Working Days: 5 days a week

Mission
We're looking for a Creative Specialist who lives at the intersection of concept, design, motion, and editing—someone who can take a brief from spark to shipped asset with polish and purpose. You'll ideate hooks, storyboard concepts, craft static and motion graphics, and edit short-form video for social and paid channels. You'll collaborate closely with strategy to turn insights into scroll-stopping creatives that lift performance.
In this role, you'll own creative from end to end: scripting, visual direction, production, post, and rapid iteration based on data. You'll test, learn, and refine—to keep pushing the work forward.

Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence. You'll move quickly from ideas to live assets, while maintaining high standards and consistent brand quality.
- Translate briefs and insights into clear creative concepts, hooks, and storyboards
- Design static and motion assets for social, website, and paid media (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, etc.)
- Edit short-form video with strong pacing, sound design, captions, and on-brand graphics
- Write concise on-screen copy, captions, and CTAs that align with creative strategy
- Build ad variations for A/B testing (hooks, formats, CTAs, lengths) to improve performance
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form cuts and formats
- Maintain consistent visual language and brand identity across all deliverables
- Source, organize, and manage raw footage, music, fonts, and templates in a clean asset library
- Implement feedback quickly and thoughtfully; iterate based on performance data and learnings
- Collaborate with strategy and media teams to align creative with goals and audience insights
- Prepare export-ready files in correct specs across platforms; perform rigorous QC before delivery
- Manage production timelines, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress and blockers proactively
- Coordinate with freelancers or talents (e.g., UGC creators) when needed and guide them with clear briefs
- Stay current on platform trends, editing styles, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant
Qualifications
- Years of Experience: 4+ years in creative production (design, motion, and/or video editing)
- CRM Tool: Not required
- Softwares: Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma or Canva, Google Workspace; familiarity with Notion/Asana/Slack is a plus
- Industry Knowledge Required: Digital marketing and social platforms; creating performance-oriented content for paid and organic channels

Technical Requirements
- Own PC or laptop
- Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
- Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
- Adobe Creative Cloud access (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Smartphone capable of HD video capture for quick UGC-style tests (nice to have)
- Cloud storage access (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox) for asset management and delivery

- PTO: Unlimited/flexible. Standard 1-week notice for short time off. For longer absences (vacations etc.), client wants closer to 2 weeks notice given client-load planning. No fixed holiday calendar needed since PTO is flexible - hires can plan around whatever holidays matter to them.
