Company Overview
It is a new direct-to-consumer supplement brand being built from the ground up. The focus is on creating high-quality, effective products and delivering them through a customer-first online experience. The team moves quickly, values clear thinking and ownership, and blends rigorous data analysis with strong creative instincts to find what works and scale it.
You'll join a lean, collaborative group that believes great marketing starts with curiosity and disciplined testing. The culture is hands-on, transparent and entrepreneurial: an ideal place for builders who want real responsibility, fast feedback and visible impact from day one.
Mission
We're looking for a Creative Strategist who turns customer insight and ad data into testable creative that profitably acquires new customers on Meta. Meta already handles targeting and bidding. Your job is to create and iterate ads that stop the scroll and sell. You'll own the angles, hooks and briefs, and editors and UGC creators will bring your ideas to life.
Most of the work (around 80%) is research, prep and hooks, not editing. If you believe consistent daily creative output beats waiting for one genius idea, and you love seeing your concepts scale, you'll feel right at home.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.
Research & Insight- Interview customers, read reviews and dig through comments to map core pains (poor sleep, stress, cramps, etc.)
- Study competitor ads, offers and landing pages to find winning patterns and gaps
Angles, Hooks & Concepts
- Turn research into clear marketing angles and emotional entry points
- Write a high volume of hooks and ad concepts for Meta every week
- Organize ideas into a creative backlog and testing roadmap
Briefs & Scripts
- Write production-ready briefs for UGC and testimonial videos, hands-only product demos and night-routine videos, static image ads and simple animations
- Write short scripts and shot lists so creators and editors can execute without guessing
Testing & Iteration
- Define what each test batch is testing: hook, angle, format or offer
- Pull creative metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS) and turn the results into the next round of ideas
- Spin winning hooks into multiple ad bodies (demo, testimonial, education)
Collaboration & Ops
- Work directly with the founder and media buyer on what to launch, kill or scale
- Coordinate with editors and UGC creators so weekly creative quotas are met
- Keep a simple tracker of tests, learnings and upcoming briefs
Expected Weekly Outputs
- 10–20 new hooks written and logged
- 5–10 new ad concepts (hook + angle + format)
- 5–10 fully detailed briefs or scripts for UGC, demo or static ads
- 1 summary report on what last week's ads taught us, with clear next tests
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Creative level: hook/thumb-stop rate, hold rate in the first 3–5 seconds, CTR from ad to site
- Business level: CAC from cold Meta traffic, blended Meta ROAS, number of new winning creatives per month (ads that hit target CAC/ROAS)
Qualifications
- Years of Experience: 2+ years in a DTC or performance-creative role
- CRM Tool: Not required
- Softwares: Meta Ads Manager (reading creative metrics), Google Docs/Sheets or Notion for briefs and tracking; familiarity with Canva/CapCut is a plus
- Industry Knowledge Required: DTC e-commerce performance creative on Meta; supplements/health experience is a bonus, not required

Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience with Meta creative formats (UGC, statics, simple video)
- Strong direct-response copy instincts: clear promises, proof and CTAs
- Comfortable reading ad metrics and proposing specific creative changes based on data
- High-volume, disciplined ideation, consistently shipping hooks and briefs every week
- Clear written communication; briefs that editors and creators can execute without back-and-forth
- Organized and proactive, comfortable owning a testing roadmap in a lean, fast-moving team
