Creative Strategist & Media Buyer

Company Overview

It is a performance-driven paid acquisition studio that runs growth for dozens of telehealth brands, including GLP-1 and weight loss, peptides, NAD, and hormone and longevity care. The business operates as a DTC, e-commerce style acquisition engine rather than local lead generation, so every campaign is judged on profitable customers and scalable spend, not cheap leads. The team owns the full acquisition machine for each brand: creative strategy, copy, ads, tracking systems, and the numbers behind them.

Mission

As a Creative Strategist & Media Buyer, your mission is to own the full paid acquisition engine for a portfolio of telehealth brands, from creative concept to live campaign to profitable scale. You decide what gets made and why it will win, then prove it in the numbers.

This is a senior ownership role, not a button-clicking seat. You are a Creative Strategist first and a Media Buyer second, with both in one seat. You will find the winning angles, write the hooks and scripts, run and scale campaigns inside each brand's ROAS and CAC targets, and build the creative team and systems that keep new ads flowing. The stronger your media buying, the more of the role you own outright.

Responsibilities

  • Research each market and offer to find the angles that win, and write hooks, scripts, ad copy and headlines that sell.
  • Own the creative testing roadmap: what gets made and tested, and in what order.
  • Keep a documented library of winning angles and formats.
  • Build and manage campaigns across channels, keeping each brand inside its ROAS and CAC target while pushing spend up.
  • Set up new brand accounts end to end (structure, pixel and CAPI, tracking, funnel, QA and go-live) so each brand is live within 7 days of onboarding.
  • Manage accounts daily: kill losers, scale winners, and refresh creative before it fatigues.
  • Handle spend pacing, disapprovals, account restrictions and billing, and stay ahead of telehealth compliance flags.
  • Build the creative production pipeline (templates, briefs and hand-off) so output scales beyond one person.
  • Hire, brief and manage editors, graphic designers and UGC creators, and feed winning data back into every brief to keep raising the quality bar.

Requirements

Must Have

  • Proven experience running and scaling paid ads for telehealth and/or DTC e-commerce brands, with results you can show.
  • Fluency in DTC economics (ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, MER), not just cost per lead.
  • Strong copywriting and creative strategy: you find the angle and write hooks and scripts that sell.
  • Solid understanding of telehealth, GLP-1 and peptide ad compliance: what flags accounts and how to write around it.
  • Strong analytical skills: you know a profitable customer from a cheap click.
  • High ownership and attention to detail: you treat every brand's numbers as your own, and no spend, account or compliance errors slip through.
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and a strong communicator who overcommunicates with a remote team.

Nice to Have

  • Ability to create ads yourself: script, direct, and edit or design.
  • Experience building and running a creative team of editors, designers and UGC creators.
  • Multi-channel media buying beyond Meta, including TikTok and Google.
  • Systems thinking: you build processes and teams that scale beyond your own hands.

Tools

  • Meta Ads Manager
  • TikTok Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI)
  • Ad creative, editing and design tools

  • The share of the brand portfolio hitting its KPIs.
  • Creative win rate across new angles and ads tested.
  • New brands built, tracked and live within 7 days of onboarding.
  • Brands retained through consistent performance.
