Mission
We're looking for a proactive Customer Support & Project Manager who will keep projects moving and customers happy. You'll be the day-to-day point person handling customer questions, coordinating with sales reps about their solar deals, researching and resolving issues, and communicating via email, chat, phone, and text. If you enjoy fast-paced work, clear communication, quick decision-making, and taking ownership to find solutions — you'll feel right at home.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced support role where you'll act as the bridge between sales and operations teams while ensuring smooth project execution from sale to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.
- Respond promptly to customers and sales reps via email, chat, phone, and text, providing clear, professional updates and next steps
- Move projects along the installation lifecycle by tracking milestones, scheduling site visits, and coordinating with installers and vendors
- Troubleshoot and research issues raised by customers or sales reps, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions
- Communicate project status and follow-ups to internal teams (sales, operations, installation) to prevent delays and ensure alignment
- Monitor and escalate complex or urgent issues to management when necessary
- Document all customer interactions, issue resolutions, and project updates in the company's tracking system
- Follow up on outstanding items (permits, approvals, parts, scheduling) to maintain project momentum
- Support sales reps by answering questions about deal status and next steps, and by gathering missing information required to move deals forward
- Prepare concise status summaries or reports for internal stakeholders and customers as needed
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and a timely response cadence to preserve trust and confidence
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives throughout the full project lifecycle
- Act as the main coordination point between sales and operations teams
- Handle high-volume customer communications including documentation requests and install scheduling
- Respond to internal and external inquiries rapidly (expected response time within minutes when possible)
- Manage customer experience tickets (CXAs) and coordinate resolutions with internal teams
Qualifications
- Years of Experience: 2+ years in customer support or project coordination (estimate based on role)
- CRM Tool: Not required
- Softwares: Not required
- Industry Knowledge Required: Residential/commercial solar project lifecycle experience preferred, Industry experience is a plus but not mandatory; ability to learn quickly is prioritized

Technical Requirements
- Own PC or laptop
- Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
- Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
- Smartphone with reliable calling and texting capability for customer and team communications
- Ability to learn and use tools such as Intercom (customer communication) and Quickbase (project management system)
Position Description
- Working Hours: 9 hours per Day, from 11 PM till 7 AM Beirut Time
- Working Days: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
- PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off anytime with advanced notice
- Salary Range: 1500$
