Digital Strategist (B2B Ads)

Company Overview

The company is the #1 Growth Partner in the medical aesthetics and healthcare industry, specializing in scalable demand generation and guaranteed high-ticket patient acquisition. The company blends data, creative, and operational rigor to help providers and partners attract high-value customers through targeted digital channels. As a Meta Business Partner with over $20M in historical platform spend and 1,000+ practices served, the team values experimentation, measurable outcomes, and a collaborative, product-minded approach to solving complex marketing challenges.

Mission

We're looking for a senior B2B Digital Strategist who will own paid social strategy and execution end-to-end. In this role, you'll lead creative research, concept development, copywriting, and full campaign management across B2B audiences — not a button pusher, but a strategic operator who can design funnels, test ideas, and iterate quickly. Day-to-day you'll run campaigns, analyze performance, develop creative that moves buyers through longer B2B purchase cycles, and support cross-channel initiatives like podcast promotion, email/SMS reactivations, and webinars.

If you enjoy working independently, bringing agency-level discipline and creativity, moving prospects through complex funnels, and thriving as a direct, results-oriented self-starter in a fast-paced environment — you'll feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.

  • Own paid social strategy and full campaign execution for B2B audiences, with expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Manage and scale high-impact ad budgets, bringing proven experience managing budgets exceeding $50,000/month.
  • Conduct systematic creative and competitive research to identify high-performing concepts, study competitors, find market gaps, and identify formats for enterprise buyers.
  • Develop creative concepts and write persuasive, direct-response ad copy tailored to B2B buyer personas, designed to stop the scroll and speak directly to practice owners.
  • Set up and manage end-to-end campaigns: audience segmentation, targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and placements.
  • Build, optimize, and continually test variables within lead-generation funnels specific to B2B buyer journeys and longer, high-ticket sales cycles.
  • Leverage AI tools and marketing automations to accelerate creative production, research, and workflow efficiency.
  • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests on creative, copy, audience, and offer to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular reports with actionable recommendations, utilizing tools like Hotjar to deeply analyze user behavior and analytics.
  • Fluently manage CRM and campaign operations within GoHighLevel (GHL), ensuring seamless lead flow, pipeline visibility, and automated lead nurturing sequences.
  • Implement tracking (pixels, UTMs) and ensure accurate attribution between ads and CRM/analytics systems.
  • Coordinate lead handoffs and integrations with sales/CRM to improve conversion and attribution.
  • Maintain/adapt an ad creative library and brief production for new assets when needed, leveraging nice-to-have design/ad creation tools like Motion and Victor Manus where applicable.
  • Manage ad accounts and campaign operations across platforms (primarily Meta, with optional use of LinkedIn) and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, content, and design teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Support cross-channel initiatives including podcast promotion, email and SMS reactivations, and webinar promotion without losing primary focus on paid social.
  • Mentor or advise junior team members and document playbooks and best practices.
  • Stay current on paid social trends, B2B buyer behavior, and platform changes to keep strategies competitive.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 5+ years in B2B digital marketing and paid social (Prior experience in B2B service-based or agency environments is essential; must have a proven track record managing ad budgets exceeding $50,000/month)

  • Specific Gender: No preference (Male Preferred)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication; excellent direct-response copywriting for B2B audiences with the ability to craft compelling hooks
  • Strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to conduct systematic competitive and comparative research to inform strategy
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and building automated marketing workflows
  • Attention to detail and organized campaign management
  • Creative ideation and concept development for social creative
  • Ability to run experiments, interpret results, and scale winners
  • Independent ownership, proactive problem-solving, senior enough to self-direct without hand-holding, and an agency-level work ethic
  • High professional resilience: a direct, results-oriented individual who is not overly sensitive and thrives when challenged
  • Collaborative cross-functional skills and the ability to translate business goals into campaign tactics
  • Comfortable mentoring others and documenting processes

Technical Requirements

  • Own PC or laptop
  • Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
  • Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
  • Access to and experience using major ad platforms (Meta, optional LinkedIn) and analytics tools (including Hotjar)
  • Experience implementing and troubleshooting tracking pixels, UTMs, and basic attribution setups
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools to analyze performance and forecast budgets
