Director of Revenue Operations

Apply for this roleTakes a few minutes — no account needed.

Company Overview

The company is a category-creating B2B SaaS platform powering a new standard in go-to-market precision. It operationalizes Phone Intent signals so revenue teams can focus on the right accounts, connect faster, and convert with confidence. Customers see value quickly—often within 48 hours—thanks to a product and operating philosophy that prizes accuracy, speed, and measurable outcomes.

You'll join a customer-obsessed, outcomes-driven team that values clarity over chaos and precision over volume. The culture rewards builders who love turning signal into revenue impact, and who enjoy working cross-functionally to make systems hum end-to-end—from first touch to renewal and expansion.

Mission

We're looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to architect and run the engine behind the entire customer lifecycle. You'll be the strategic operator who blends RevOps and BizOps: forecasting and commissions one hour; Salesforce architecture, HubSpot automation, and Chargebee workflows the next. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and executive leadership to ensure our data is clean, our processes are scalable, and our revenue is predictable.

If you thrive in the build phase, love digging into data to explain the why, and get energy from designing systems that just work—you'll have a huge impact here. You'll lead a small but mighty team, shape the GTM stack, and create the playbook for a category that didn't exist before. If you enjoy fast feedback cycles, high ownership, and doing it right rather than doing more—you'll feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence. You'll blend strategy with hands-on execution to power an accurate, efficient, and scalable revenue machine.

  • Own the end-to-end revenue forecasting process; develop predictive models and clearly explain drivers (win rates, segment performance, pipeline health).
  • Deliver deep-dive business analyses for executives and board prep (e.g., segment penetration, CAC/LTV by cohort, ROI on headcount).
  • Design, implement, and manage incentive compensation plans with CRO/CFO; ensure accurate attribution, transparent tracking, and scalability.
  • Architect and optimize Salesforce for a high-velocity GTM motion; build/maintain data models, automation, validation, and documentation.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to manage HubSpot automation, lead scoring, and routing; enforce SLAs so no lead is left behind.
  • Manage the full-funnel GTM stack, including Gong for insights and Chargebee for seamless subscription and billing workflows.
  • Establish and run Deal Desk: approval workflows, commercial policy, pricing guardrails, and a frictionless quote-to-contract process.
  • Bridge Sales and Finance to ensure a flawless handoff from Closed Won to Chargebee; reconcile ARR, terms, and order data.
  • Build CS Ops workflows to track health scores, renewal timelines, and expansion opportunities; report on churn, retention, and NRR.
  • Define KPI frameworks and dashboards across the funnel; uphold data hygiene, governance, and change-control standards.
  • Lead and develop a small CRM admin/RevOps team; set priorities, sprint plans, and service-level expectations.
  • Automate manual processes; oversee QA and change management; train stakeholders and ensure adoption of new workflows.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Operations, preferably within high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, or leading CRM administrators, analysts, and operations specialists.
  • Financial and Board Exposure: Experience preparing executive-level reporting, financial analysis, and business performance insights.
  • SaaS Knowledge: Strong understanding of ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR, GRR, churn, revenue forecasting, and cohort economics.
  • Revenue Operations: Proven experience with forecasting, deal desk, incentive compensation, and quote-to-cash processes.
  • Salesforce: Advanced hands-on Salesforce architecture, administration, automation, and implementation experience.
  • Billing Systems: Experience with Chargebee, Stripe Billing, Maxio, or similar subscription billing platforms.
  • Analytics: Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills, with SQL and BI tools considered advantageous.
  • AI and Automation: Practical experience using AI tools, APIs, integrations, and connectors to automate business operations.
  • Specific Gender: No preference
