Mission
We are seeking our first full-time Email Expert & Financial Copywriter to take end-to-end ownership of our daily email operations and content strategy. Your mission is to produce ultra-engaging, real-time financial copy focused on small-cap stocks, broad market trends, and economic shifts, while managing our email infrastructure to aggressively optimize open rates, click-through rates, and deliverability.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Copywriting & Content Creation:
- Write multiple real-time financial emails daily covering small-cap stocks, large-cap companies, macroeconomic shifts, and interest rate trends.
- Craft high-converting promotional copy for sponsored public company campaigns, affiliate financial offers, and internal financial products.
- Source, research, and evaluate daily market news, financial data, and trending investment topics independently to fuel daily newsletter angles.
- Stage ready-to-review email drafts directly within our email platform for quick final client approval.
Email Marketing & Analytics Management:
- Manage daily email campaign operations within Beehiiv (and secondary platforms), ensuring seamless production and flawless execution.
- Continually create, refine, and manage subscriber segments to maximize relevance and engagement.
- Design and run continuous split tests (subject lines, previews, copy variations, CTAs) to drive maximum open rates and clicks.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key deliverability metrics, open rates, and click-through rates (specifically for affiliate link performance) to iteratively refine strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven Financial Copywriting Experience: Strong background writing direct-response financial copy, stock-focused newsletters, or market commentary.
- Track Record in Email Optimization: Proven history of building, managing, and optimizing email campaigns with measurable lifts in opens, clicks, and revenue.
- Market Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to independently source reliable financial news, market data, and research without guidance.
- Technical Setup: Must possess a reliable high-speed computer, along with a high-quality microphone and headset for regular team meetings.
Skills & Competencies
- Non-Negotiable Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with finance, the stock market (especially small-caps), and financial direct-response copywriting concepts. We require someone who can hit the ground running without needing financial training.
- Email Marketing Expertise (Intermediate to Advanced): Strong grasp of list segmentation, A/B testing methodology, list hygiene, and email deliverability best practices.
- Speed, Speed & Reliability: Ability to work efficiently under tight daily deadlines and consistently publish high-volume output (several emails per day) on schedule.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with modern email platforms (Beehiiv preferred) and AI content/research tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or custom financial copywriting suites).
- English Proficiency written and spoken.

Position Description
- Working Hours: 8 hours, from 3:00 PM till 11:00 AM Beirut Time
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
- PTO (Paid Time Off): Flexible
