Graphic Designer
Remote - Salary: $2000 - Schedule: 40 hours per week ( task based)
Company Overview:
We are a results-driven, US-based health-tech company building a unified, multi-tenant SaaS platform for clinics, telehealth, and pharmacy commerce. The platform brings onboarding, ordering, prescriptions, pricing, payments, and fulfillment into one system, featuring white-label storefronts that let partner clinics sell under their own brand.
Built to a strict HIPAA standard, our technical stack consists of Node.js/Express, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS, with a React Native mobile app on the upcoming roadmap. Our engineering department operates as a small, senior, AI-augmented team utilizing modern AI tooling heavily, hiring specifically for high judgment, deep ownership, and strategic product direction
Mission:
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to own day-to-day design and become the main support for our creative production pipeline. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take a concept and turn it into finished, on-brand assets — social content, marketing graphics, product and landing visuals, presentations, and motion work — without losing consistency or quality under pressure. You'll work closely with the product and marketing team to keep everything visually aligned with a brand identity that has to read as premium, trustworthy, and compliant in a regulated healthcare space. In short: if it needs to look sharp, stay on-brand, and ship on a deadline — that's you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design social media posts and campaign creative that stay consistent with our brand identity across all platforms.
- Create a wide range of visual assets — ad creative, marketing collateral, product and landing-page graphics, presentations, and web/app visuals for our patient, doctor, clinic, and admin portals.
- Design and refine logos, brand marks, and identity elements as the brand — and its white-label partner storefronts — grow.
- Act as the primary creative production support: build and composite motion graphics, text animations, lower-thirds, and callouts into video content.
- Edit and correct AI-generated footage directly — screen replacements, on-screen labels and graphics, and cleanup of inconsistencies, artifacts, and small details that can't be fixed through prompting — using motion tracking, masking, and frame-level retouching.
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across every asset and channel, working from established guidelines and our design system.
- Turn briefs, concepts, and rough direction into polished, production-ready deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects at once and consistently hit tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing team, communicating clearly on status, revisions, and timelines.
- Ensure all creative respects healthcare compliance and brand guardrails — approved imagery only, no unapproved medical claims.
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience: 5+ years of professional design experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to carry a heavy workload and hit tight deadlines.
- Software Required: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects. Strong plus: Premiere Pro, InDesign, Figma, AI creative tools.
- Video Compositing: Proven ability to do detailed compositing and cleanup on AI-generated or live video — screen inserts, tracked graphics, rotoscoping, and frame-by-frame retouching to fix labels, graphics, and visual inconsistencies.
- Industry Knowledge: No specific industry background required. Experience designing for healthcare, telehealth, pharma, or wellness brands — and comfort working within regulatory/compliance guardrails — is a strong plus. Willingness to learn and follow our compliance standards is essential.
- CRM Tool: Not required. A solid baseline understanding of how creative assets flow through marketing pipelines and ad platforms is helpful.
- Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Gender: No preference
Position Details:
- Working Hours: Task-based framework requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, with mandatory availability for meetings between 5 PM and 1 AM Beirut Time (US overlap).
- Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday through Friday).
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
- Work Location: Fully remote — work from anywhere.
- PTO: Approved time off on Lebanese national holidays (with client approval).
- Salary : $2,000
