The team is fast-moving, metric-driven, and highly autonomous, fostering a performance culture where senior leaders are trusted to own outcomes and drive real business impact.
Mission
We are hiring a Head of Marketing (Full-Stack Marketing Lead) to serve as the single senior owner for our entire marketing function. This is an elite leadership and oversight seat, not a junior execution or narrow specialist role. Today, we have talented team members excelling in their specific lanes (analytics, tracking, paid media agency), but we need a single strategic powerhouse who understands every single angle at depth and holds the entire ecosystem together. You will step in as an ex-CMO or VP of Marketing caliber operator who genuinely loves the craft across all channels, lives the product ecosystem, sets the standards, and takes end-to-end accountability for performance, quality, and data truth..
Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.
- Own end-to-end accountability across paid acquisition, organic social media, email marketing, lifecycle retention, and content strategy.
- Oversee, manage, and pressure-test our external paid advertising agency; audit campaign structures, predict performance vectors, and verify data to ensure metrics are never inflated or coasted on.
- Manage, direct, and translate high-level marketing strategy into hyper-clear direction for internal specialists, contractors, and creative teams, holding them to elite output standards.
- Dive directly into the data layer to independently read, analyze, and interrogate user behavior and funnel data in Amplitude, GA4, and Microsoft Clarity.
- Audit and own the tracking and attribution architecture, deeply understanding event tracking to instantly spot when reports are wrong or numbers don't add up.
- Deeply internalize and master the nuances of the trading simulation and financial technology ecosystem, aligning product mechanics perfectly with market positioning.
- Protect and optimize marketing spend across all channels, continuously verifying that every engine is driving authentic, high-quality growth.
- Report comprehensive marketing performance directly to executive leadership against core macro KPIs, blending multi-channel metrics into a single source of truth.
Qualifications
- Years of Experience: 6+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, operating at an ex-CMO, VP of Marketing, or verified Full-Stack Marketing Director caliber.
- CRM Tool: Not required (experience with enterprise-level customer lifecycle, automation, and CRM funnels preferred).
- Softwares: Amplitude, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, advanced ad tech managers (Meta, Google, etc.), and multi-touch attribution/event-tracking tools.
- Industry Knowledge Required: Financial technology (FinTech), prop trading frameworks, trading simulation/SimFi spaces, or high-velocity digital product ecosystems where user data tracking is highly complex.
- Specific Gender: No preference.
Skills & Competencies
- True full-stack fluency—deep, comprehensive mastery across paid ads, social, email, lifecycle, content, and organic growth channels rather than a single niche.
- Elite data literacy with the willingness and ability to jump directly into raw analytics platforms (Amplitude, Clarity, GA4) to interrogate numbers independently.
- Deep, sophisticated technical understanding of pixel behaviors, event mapping, server-side data, and digital marketing attribution loops.
- Authoritative agency and contractor management skills; ability to easily spot vanity metrics, audit campaign health, and demand performance transparency.
- High strategic intellect coupled with product curiosity—able to rapidly master a complex, specialized financial simulation product.
- Self-directed, organized, metrics-obsessed leader who values truth in data over generalized marketing assumptions.
Technical Requirements
- Own PC or laptop with powerful hardware capable of running complex data analysis dashboards smoothly.
- High-speed, highly reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended).
- Noise-cancelling headset and an isolated, highly professional remote workspace.
- Deep familiarity with modern product analytics suites and user behavioral tracking software.
