It works with e-commerce, local businesses, and info-product brands, combining data-driven marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies to improve revenue and long-term growth. The company highlights a large team of growth specialists and significant experience managing ad spend and generating client revenue.

Mission

The Internal Recruiter is responsible for owning recruitment across all departments, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring for associate and intermediate-level positions.

You will manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer, while also building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. The goal is to create an efficient, organized recruitment function that allows teams to hire quickly without compromising candidate quality.

This is an ownership-driven role for someone who can work independently, build effective recruitment systems, and collaborate closely with department heads. You will need to understand the roles you are recruiting for well enough to identify strong candidates with minimal involvement from department leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for both current and future hiring needs
  • Develop and implement scalable recruitment processes, workflows, communication systems, and reporting
  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and develop appropriate recruitment strategies
  • Build a strong understanding of the roles and teams you recruit for to improve candidate quality and reduce reliance on department directors
  • Manage and support recruitment team members while improving overall recruiting efficiency
  • Improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach through onboarding
  • Develop and communicate the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand to attract qualified candidates
  • Adapt recruitment strategies quickly as hiring priorities and business needs change
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate information, and hiring activity within the company's systems
  • Use recruitment and project management tools to coordinate hiring activities and keep stakeholders informed
  • Monitor recruitment performance and identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and efficiency of hiring

  • Candidates receive a professional, consistent, and positive experience throughout the hiring process
  • Recruitment activity and candidate information are accurately maintained in the company's systems
  • Hiring strategies can be adjusted quickly when department priorities or business needs change
