Launch Manager

Remote from 11:00 AM till 9:00 PM Beirut Time

Salary $2,000 – $2,500 USD/month

Company Overview

The company partners with online education businesses—coaches, course creators, and expert-led programs—to design, launch, and scale high-performing marketing funnels. It blends strategy, creative, media, and technical implementation to help clients turn their knowledge into sustainable, scalable growth. From crafting offers and launch plans to building the underlying systems that power them, the team delivers end-to-end execution with a strong focus on results.

It is a remote-first, fast-moving team that values ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement. You’ll find a culture that prizes transparent communication, high standards, and thoughtful collaboration, where talented people are trusted with real responsibility and supported to do their best work.

Mission

We're looking for a Launch Manager who can own and drive multi-week launch campaigns for online education funnels from planning to post-mortem.

In this role, you'll coordinate cross-functional teammates across copy, design, media, and technology; manage timelines and deliverables; keep all the moving pieces aligned; and make sure launches go live on time and at a high standard.

This is not simply an execution or project-coordination role. We're looking for a strategic thinker who understands funnels, marketing, technology, and performance. You should be confident figuring out new tools without hand-holding, comfortable taking ownership of problems, and capable of making strategic decisions based on data and campaign objectives.

You'll thrive here if you love orchestrating complex projects, digging into funnel metrics, solving problems independently, and turning insights into actionable next steps.

Day to day, you'll map launch calendars, oversee funnel builds, QA pages and automations, prepare dashboards, monitor performance in-flight, analyze market and competitor activity, and keep stakeholders informed.

You'll have the autonomy to lead projects, the support to grow, and the satisfaction of seeing your work directly drive client revenue.

The ideal candidate is AI-native. Heavy, daily use of AI tools is a hard requirement for this position—not a nice-to-have. We expect you to use AI as a core part of your workflow for research, analysis, content development, problem solving, automation, documentation, and productivity.

If you enjoy fast-paced execution, strategic thinking, crisp communication, technical problem-solving, and full ownership—you'll feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.

  • Plan and manage end-to-end launch timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple client projects.
  • Own funnels end-to-end, including strategy, design, build, launch, optimization, and post-launch analysis.
  • Coordinate copywriters, designers, media buyers/advertisers, and technical implementers to keep work on track and aligned with the launch strategy.
  • Own the production calendar for all launch assets, including landing pages, opt-ins, emails, ads, webinar pages, order forms, upsells, and post-purchase flows.
  • Build and/or brief the build of funnel assets using platforms such as ClickFunnels, WordPress, Leadpages, GoHighLevel, Webflow, or similar tools.
  • Ensure checkout, upsells, integrations, registration flows, and other funnel components are properly implemented.
  • QA all assets before go-live, including copy, links, mobile responsiveness, page speed, tracking, email rendering, and automations.
  • Set up, review, and maintain email sequences and automations in the CRM; ensure segmentation, tagging, and timing are correct.
  • Develop and support launch strategies for webinars, workshops, challenges, summits, and other live-launch models.
  • Coordinate live events, including timelines, technical setup, registration flows, reminders, and follow-up.
  • Implement and validate tracking, including UTMs, pixels, events, and conversion tracking.
  • Prepare daily launch dashboards and monitor KPIs such as opt-in rates, attendance, CTR, CPC, EPC, conversion rates, AOV, refund rates, and other relevant funnel metrics.
  • Analyze funnel performance and turn data into actionable recommendations and optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct market, audience, and competitor analysis to inform launch and funnel strategy.
  • Work with media buyers/advertisers to align budgets, creative requirements, targeting, and campaign pacing.
  • Help ensure email, social, paid advertising, and content strategies are aligned with the overall funnel and launch objectives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on campaign content, messaging, creative direction, and asset development.
  • Manage creative and copy revisions using structured feedback and version control.
  • Identify bottlenecks, risks, or gaps early and drive clear solutions with owners and deadlines.
  • Run standups and check-ins and provide clear status updates, decision logs, and next steps to stakeholders.
  • Work directly with clients and communicate campaign progress, risks, recommendations, and decisions clearly and proactively.
  • Take ownership of client outcomes rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
  • Conduct post-launch retrospectives; synthesize learnings and turn them into playbooks and SOPs.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, briefs, and asset libraries for repeatability and scale.
  • Proactively suggest tests and optimizations to improve conversion at each funnel stage.
  • Independently research and learn new software and marketing technologies as required.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 3–5 years in launch/project management, digital marketing, funnel management, or a closely related role.
  • Proven experience building, managing, and optimizing funnels specifically within online education, coaching, digital products, or expert-led businesses.
  • Hands-on experience with live launch models such as webinars, challenges, summits, workshops, and PLF-style funnels.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and conversion-focused funnels.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with copywriters, designers, media buyers, technical implementers, and creative teams.
  • Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze funnel performance and make decisions based on data.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn unfamiliar software quickly.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting marketing technology, integrations, tracking, and automation issues.
  • Strategic thinker who can understand the business objective behind a campaign rather than simply execute instructions.
  • AI-native: heavy daily use of AI tools is a hard requirement.
  • Exceptional project management, prioritization, organization, and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and rigorous QA standards.
