Company Overview
The company is a holding company behind a portfolio of fast-growing businesses in exotic vehicle rentals, solar, HVAC, contractor software and sales training. A small core team builds and scales every company it launches. You won't be stuck on one product: you'll build for every business in the portfolio, and for each new one as it launches.
Mission
To be the first technical hire and the technology arm of the whole portfolio. You'll design, build and run the AI agents, apps, internal tools and websites the companies run on. You'll work directly with the founders, move fast, and own outcomes rather than tickets. Over time this role can grow into Head of AI, leading a team you hire yourself.
Key Responsibilities
- AI agents: design, deploy and manage AI agents for sales, lead handling, customer service, scheduling and back-office operations
- Apps: build internal and customer-facing web and mobile apps, including booking, field-sales and proposal tools
- Websites: build and maintain sites for every portfolio company, tuned for speed and conversion
- Integrations: connect CRMs, ad platforms, payments and phone systems into one data flow per company
- Infrastructure: own hosting, security, access and costs. Every account stays in the company's name.
- Documentation: keep every system documented so any engineer could take it over
Requirements
Must Have
- 5+ years shipping full-stack products to real users (e.g. TypeScript/React, Node or Python)
- Strong AI focus: production experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks, with agents running in live workflows
- Has built and run cloud infrastructure end to end (AWS, GCP or Vercel-style stacks)
- Experience with CRM, payment and telephony integrations
- A portfolio or GitHub you can walk us through
- Comfortable switching between several businesses each week
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Available for live calls during Pacific business hours
Nice to Have
- Startup founder or first-engineer experience
- Mobile app experience (React Native or similar)
- Background in sales-driven businesses (field sales, home services, rentals)
Skills & Competencies
- Builder mindset: ships fast and iterates based on real usage
- Ownership: takes a problem from idea to production without hand-holding
- Clear communicator who can explain technical trade-offs to non-technical founders
- Organized enough to juggle several businesses and priorities at once
- Keeps up with new AI tools and models and applies them in practice

Position Description
- Working Hours: 8 hours, 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Beirut time
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Work Location: Fully remote, you can work from anywhere
- PTO (Paid Time Off): you may request time off anytime with advance notice
- Salary: $3,000–$3,500/month
