Lead Generation & CRM Manager
Company Overview
It is a digital-first brand focused on men's health, performance, and longevity. The company creates and distributes high-impact content across modern channels to educate, engage, and grow a community around evidence-backed performance principles. The culture is fast-moving and maker-oriented: people here value ownership, creativity, and measurable results over bureaucracy
Mission
The Lead Generation & CRM Manager is responsible for converting audience interest into leads, booked calls, and paying clients. They manage inbound DMs, comment-trigger automations, email nurture campaigns, and the CRM (Kajabi). Their primary focus is optimizing and tracking conversions throughout the entire sales funnel. Success is measured by lead generation, booked calls, and revenue growth. They work closely with the Operations & Social Media Manager, who handles content publishing and platform growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound DM conversations and comment-trigger flows (e.g., ManyChat) to convert engagement into qualified leads.
- Build, manage, and continuously optimize ManyChat automations and lead-capture sequences.
- Own the CRM (Kajabi) — manage contacts, tags, pipelines, and audience journeys.
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences that move leads toward a booked call.
- Build and manage lead-generation funnels end-to-end, from lead magnet through booked call.
- Run analytics on funnel performance — open rates, reply rates, booking rates, show-up rates, and lead-to-client conversion — to identify where leads drop off.
- Run A/B tests on DM scripts, email copy, subject lines, and funnel steps to improve conversion.
- Use performance data to recommend changes to lead magnets, nurture cadence, or messaging.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate copywriting, sequence design, and lead analysis.
- Coordinate with the Operations & Social Media Manager to align on which content and campaigns are driving leads.
- Implement processes, systems, and templates to scale lead nurture without sacrificing personalization.
- Propose and pitch strategic initiatives aimed at increasing leads, bookings, and revenue.
- Work independently with minimal day-to-day oversight, confidently pitching creative, analytical, or operational ideas.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM/email marketing, lead generation, DM or community management, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing platforms; Kajabi experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with ManyChat or a similar chat automation platform.
- Familiarity with task management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar is preferred.
- Genuine interest in men's health, human performance, and building digital brands.
- Specific Gender: No Preference
