Mission
We're hiring the strategic brain behind our email and SMS retention programs. You'll own retention strategy across a portfolio of client accounts, translate business signals into clear journey architecture and tests, and set the quality bar on copy and creative. Day-to-day you'll produce monthly reporting and strategy briefs, define segmentation and flow logic, maintain a structured testing roadmap, and lead client-facing strategy calls. If you enjoy diagnosing performance problems, turning data into high-level strategy, and working in a fast-paced environment where your ideas move quickly into execution — you'll feel right at home.

- Build and maintain a structured A/B and multivariate testing roadmap per account with clear hypotheses and learning goals.
- Analyze performance in business terms — acquisition source, customer behavior, product dynamics, and revenue mix — not just channel metrics.
- Diagnose underperforming accounts to determine whether issues are segmentation, offer, creative, or business related.
- Lead client-facing strategy calls and own the strategic relationship with clarity and confidence.
- Brief copy and creative direction and act as the quality bar for messaging and design.
- Get into the data yourself within ESP platforms to validate hypotheses and guide optimizations.
- Prioritize and sequence work across accounts to align with business goals and revenue impact.
- Collaborate with builders, designers, and copywriters to ensure strategic intent translates into executable campaigns.
- Document learnings, playbooks, and standard processes to scale best practices across the portfolio.
