Mission

This role seeks a hands-on Marketing Manager to convert brand reputation, projects, and customer experiences into qualified leads and profitable revenue. You will manage end-to-end channel execution—spanning paid media, SEO, website management, social media, content, reviews, and targeted marketing campaigns. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and external vendors, you will track full-funnel performance metrics from initial inquiry down to gross profit. Key daily responsibilities include creating authentic, on-brand content from field photos, videos, and testimonials, as well as supporting recruitment efforts through targeted hiring campaigns. Candidates should thrive on testing, iterating, and using data-driven attribution to continuously improve lead quality and demonstrate clear marketing ROI. Ultimately, this position is ideal for a results-driven collaborator who values accountability, integrity, and building measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.

  • Manage and hold vendors accountable for deliverables, accuracy, spend, and results; review media plans and invoices against KPIs.
  • Build and maintain a practical marketing calendar covering content, promotions, service-area initiatives, and recruiting campaigns.
  • Track funnel performance from inquiry to qualified lead, appointment, estimate, sold job, collected revenue, and gross profit; maintain weekly dashboards and clear reporting.
  • Improve lead quality and cost efficiency through structured testing, offer and audience refinement, keyword optimization, and conversion-rate optimization.
  • Collaborate with Sales to tighten lead qualification, handoffs, feedback loops, and attribution; align on definitions and SLAs.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting, ROI analysis, and forecast alignment; recommend spend shifts based on evidence.
  • Turn project photos, field videos/drone footage, educational materials, and customer testimonials into on-brand content for web, social, ads, and email.
  • Drive review generation and reputation management on Google and other platforms; respond to feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and optimize Google Business Profile listings and local directories; ensure NAP consistency and strong local rankings.
  • Establish reliable attribution using call tracking, UTM conventions, and CRM alignment; audit tracking for accuracy and completeness.
  • Create and iterate service- and city-specific landing pages and forms; A/B test headlines, offers, and CTAs to lift conversion.
  • Build repeatable production processes with briefs, checklists, and QA to protect brand standards and factual accuracy.
  • Use AI and automation responsibly to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis—while fact-checking, safeguarding customer data, and preserving brand voice.
  • Coordinate marketing support for recruiting: craft job ads, employee-brand content, and multi-channel campaigns to attract candidates.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reviews with insights, actions, and measurable outcomes; present recommendations to leadership.
