Media Buyer

Company Overview

Our company is a digital coaching and growth partner that helps coaches, consultants, agencies, service providers, and online business owners turn expertise into scalable digital products. We build and launch our own coaching programs while also partnering with clients to create, market, and scale offers through webinars, virtual events, challenges, courses, communities, software, and done-for-you services. The team values ownership, accountability, continuous learning, clear communication, and delivering measurable results.

Mission

We're looking for a strategic Media Buyer who loves thinking like a growth marketer and who can own paid traffic across the entire customer journey — from first ad impression to registration, attendance, conversion, and long-term customer value. Your primary objective is to generate high-quality leads while continuously improving campaign performance and profitability. Day-to-day you'll build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (with a heavy focus on Meta and secondary support on Google Ads), write conversion-driven ad copy and video scripts, collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, funnel builders, and automation specialists, and make data-driven decisions that improve ROAS and funnel performance. We don't expect you to simply manage campaigns; we expect you to take true strategic ownership and help improve our entire marketing system. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced launch environment, contributing ideas, and taking ownership of outcomes — you'll feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and other paid traffic platforms to generate qualified leads at profitable acquisition costs.
  • Manage, audit, and scale a current monthly ad spend of $70K–$100K, aggressively driving performance to scale budgets up to $200K–$250K, and eventually $400K–$500K across various partner accounts.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve CPA and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability and managing advertising budgets responsibly across multiple accounts.
  • Test audiences, creatives, offers, messaging, and campaign structures to identify high-performing combinations.
  • Conduct routine competitive analysis and industry benchmarking to ensure our creative and targeting strategies lead the market.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time during webinar, virtual event, live challenge, evergreen funnel, high-ticket coaching, and product launch periods.
  • Manage budget adjustments and scaling during live events, virtual events, and challenge campaigns.
  • Write ad copy, hooks, headlines, primary ad copy, calls-to-action, and video ad scripts for paid campaigns, focusing on strong direct-response copywriting.
  • Develop creative briefs, UGC concepts, and testing plans for designers and video editors, acting as the creative strategist who understands what drives conversions.
  • Collaborate with strategy, copywriting, design, funnel, automation, and operations teams to identify opportunities to improve the entire marketing funnel and system.
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports, present recommendations backed by data, and track campaign profitability.
  • Dedicate mandatory time every Saturday and Sunday to perform rigorous weekend data reviews, tracking optimizations, and comprehensive reporting to keep performance stable outside of core business days.
  • Identify opportunities to improve attendance rates, lead quality, sales conversion, and long-term customer value.
  • Research platform updates, industry best practices, and new advertising strategies and AI tools (like ChatGPT/Claude) to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and maintain clear, proactive communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 3+ years
  • CRM Tool: HighLevel (GHL) experience is preferred but trainable; a solid background working inside alternative CRM platforms is highly acceptable.
  • Softwares: Meta Ads Manager (Meta Suite/Ad Center proficiency is critical), Google Ads, HighLevel (GHL), AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude), email marketing platforms.
  • Industry Knowledge Required: Coaching, consulting, education, SaaS, and digital product marketing with webinar, live challenge, evergreen funnel, and launch experience. Strong familiarity utilizing ChatGPT/AI workflows to streamline copy generation and strategy benchmarking is expected.
  • Specific Gender: No preference

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong direct-response copywriting for paid advertising, hooks, and video ad scripts.
  • Data-driven analytics and the ability to interpret KPIs to improve performance.
  • Creative strategy and the ability to brief designers and video editors effectively.
  • Strong ownership mentality, being proactive rather than reactive, with clear communication and accountability.
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Problem-solving mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, launch-driven environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; must be deeply respectful and possess elite written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Extremely fast responder; reliable, highly organized, and hyper-focused on minute data details.
  • Collaborative attitude and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Strategic thinking skills—the ability to look at the big picture, not just tactical campaign management.

Technical Requirements

  • Own PC or laptop.
  • Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended).
  • Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace.
  • Access to Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads accounts and the ability to manage ad accounts securely.
  • Absolute commitment to high availability and daily communication syncs fully aligned with US Eastern Time (ET) business hours.

Position Description

  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week. Daily flexible remote office hours but require seamless adaptability around fluid product launch schedules.
  • Weekend Availability: Required to work exactly 2 hours on Saturday + 2 hours on Sunday every single week. This structural weekend commitment is strictly focused on data review, system optimization, and running analytics reports (not launching new ad sets unless contextually necessary).
  • Working Days: 7 days a week
  • Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere.
  • PTO (Paid Time Off): Time off can be requested in advance. Lebanese national holidays will be observed with Advanced notice.
  • Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,000
