Mission
We're looking for an experienced Media Buyer who can independently manage paid advertising campaigns and build complete lead generation systems that drive measurable ROI for multiple client accounts.
You'll own the entire paid media process—from campaign strategy and optimization to funnel building, CRM automation, conversion tracking, and performance analysis. Success in this role requires strong decision-making, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment while working closely with your Crew Chief and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display & YouTube) campaigns for multiple client accounts.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, forms, surveys, CRM pipelines, workflows, snapshots, and lead nurturing automations in GoHighLevel.
- Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, creatives, landing pages, and automations to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign and funnel data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and account management teams on campaign strategy and creative direction.
- Prepare clear performance reports, communicate insights, and proactively solve problems to maximize client results.
- Maintain organized documentation, ensure campaign accuracy, and stay compliant with advertising platform policies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment.
- Proven experience managing $10K–$50K+ monthly ad spend.
- Strong experience with GoHighLevel, including funnels, workflows, CRM, automations, and snapshots.
- Proficiency with Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimization and ROI.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and Zapier/API integrations is a plus.
- Familiarity with direct-response marketing, creative testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is preferred.

Success in the First 90 Days
Within your first 90 days, you'll successfully manage multiple client accounts, launch and optimize high-performing campaigns, build complete GoHighLevel funnels and automations, improve lead-to-appointment conversion rates, and consistently deliver measurable ROI while becoming a trusted member of the team.
Position Description
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Beirut Time
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
- PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off at any time with advanced notice. Typically, this includes 2–3 weeks annually, in addition to Lebanese national holidays of approximately 14 days per year, which are non-consecutive.
