Company Overview

It is a creative growth partner that blends performance marketing with compelling content to help brands reach, engage, and convert their audiences. The team brings together strategists, creatives, and media buyers to build data-informed campaigns that deliver measurable results across social platforms—especially where community, culture, and real-world experiences intersect.

The company fosters a collaborative, feedback-rich culture built on curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning. You’ll find a fast-moving environment that values clear communication, smart testing, and meaningful outcomes for clients.

Mission

We’re looking for an exceptional Media Buyer to own Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns end to end—planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling with a laser focus on performance. You’ll turn data into decisions, partner closely with creatives to test winning angles, and proactively improve results through structured experimentation and rigorous analysis.

If you’re hungry to learn, love digging into numbers, and enjoy moving fast with a team that supports bold ideas and clear accountability, this role is for you. If you enjoy testing, iterating, and turning insights into growth—you’ll feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, communicate clearly, and deliver consistent performance improvements.

  • Plan, build, and manage Meta campaigns (campaigns/ad sets/ads) aligned to client goals (e.g., leads, purchases, registrations).
  • Own daily pacing, budget allocation, and bid/optimization strategies to hit KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPL).
  • Conduct structured A/B and multivariate tests across audiences, creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Analyze performance data (CTR, CPM, CVR, AOV, MER) and translate insights into clear next steps.
  • Identify winning creative concepts and angles; retire underperformers quickly.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brief new assets, define hooks, and set testing roadmaps.
  • Ensure flawless tracking and attribution (Pixel/Conversions API, event prioritization, UTMs).
  • Troubleshoot delivery, learning phase issues, and policy/ad rejections with speed and accuracy.
  • Build and maintain dashboards/reports; communicate performance and recommendations proactively.
  • Implement audience strategies (prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes) and refresh cadences.
  • Scale spend methodically while protecting efficiency; execute down-scaling plans when needed.
  • Maintain clean naming conventions, documentation, and experiment logs.
  • Monitor competitive ads/industry trends to inform new tests and angles.
  • Uphold platform best practices and compliance with Meta policies.
  • Partner with account managers to align goals, forecasts, and timelines.
