Media Buyer, Direct Response & Meta Ad

Working Hours: Full-time - 4 PM–12 AM Lebanon time / fully remote Salary: Base + profit sharing (discussed during interview)

Company Overview

Our company is a profitable performance marketing business operating a portfolio of digital consumer brands. We run high-converting information products and generate leads at scale through Meta advertising, supported by an established technology, tracking, and operational infrastructure.

Mission

We're hiring a Media Buyer, Direct Response & Meta Ads to expand the creative territory we can profitably operate in. This isn't a role for someone who simply wants to run an existing playbook faster. We're looking for someone who can form their own thesis about an audience, develop new angles, test strategies the team hasn't explored, and take ownership of the outcome.

You'll be given the budget and the goal, but how you get there is yours. You should enjoy testing, analyzing data, developing creative hypotheses, and making decisions independently.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily work will focus on owning Meta campaigns from strategy through execution, optimization, and reporting.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, deploy, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Develop your own testing protocols and determine which campaigns, angles, and strategies should be scaled or discontinued.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions on what to test next.
  • Take full ownership of campaign outcomes, including both successful and unsuccessful tests.
  • Maintain clean tracking and ensure campaign data is reliable before scaling.
  • Identify and resolve campaign issues proactively before they become blockers.

Creative Development:

  • Develop, design, and edit your own advertising creatives based on campaign data and audience insights.
  • Turn audience hypotheses into live advertisements without relying on a separate designer or creative team for execution.
  • Test different hooks, angles, objections, proof points, and creative strategies.
  • Use performance data to identify what resonates with the audience and develop new creative directions.
  • Continuously expand the range of profitable creative concepts and approaches.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign metrics and identify trends, problems, and opportunities.
  • Determine what the numbers mean and make clear recommendations for the next steps.
  • Report on what was tested, what was learned, what will be tested next, and where performance is expected to go.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of cost per acquisition, lead quality, and other relevant performance metrics.
  • Ensure decisions are based on accurate and actionable data rather than dashboard reporting alone.

General Responsibilities:

  • Work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Communicate blockers and requirements proactively.
  • Adapt quickly to changing platform conditions, campaign performance, and creative results.
  • Protect confidential information related to offers, advertising strategies, performance data, and business operations.
  • Collaborate with the wider team while maintaining ownership of your campaigns and results.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: No specific number required; demonstrated ownership and results matter more than tenure.
  • Meta Ads Experience: Strong hands-on direct response experience with Meta advertising is required.
  • Performance Marketing: Proven experience running campaigns where you were directly accountable for performance.
  • Creative Skills: Must be comfortable designing and editing your own advertising creatives.
  • Industry Knowledge Required: Direct response marketing, performance marketing, paid social, Meta advertising, creative testing, and lead generation.
  • English: Fluent English, C2 minimum.
  • Working Hours: Must be able to overlap with ET working hours, including occasional early/late hours and weekends when required.
  • Confidentiality: Strong discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive business information.
