Merchandiser
Remote - Salary Range: $1,200 - $1,500 - Schedule: 6PM - 3AM Beirut Time
Company Overview
The company is a vertically integrated, premium consumer brand operating across both e-commerce and physical retail channels. A luxury men's apparel and fashion brand specializing in designer clothing and footwear. It delivers high-quality, design-driven products to a global customer base, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, fit, and brand experience. The business manages complex operations spanning product development, inventory, supply chain, sales, and customer fulfillment, and is focused on operational excellence, scalability, and sustained growth in a competitive international market.
Mission
We are hiring a Merchandiser to own product strategy, stock optimization, and collection execution end-to-end. Beyond running analyses, this role requires someone who takes the reins on driving actionable decisions—from reducing stock-on-hand and building SKU-level allocation breakdowns to piloting new seasonal collections. You will act as "the brains" behind the numbers, using advanced Excel mastery and strong commercial judgment to optimize inventory and maximize revenue across every stage of the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.
- Go beyond data reporting to propose and execute concrete inventory actions: plan stock reductions, pilot new seasonal collections, and build detailed quantity/allocation breakdowns by SKU, category, and store.
- Manage the complete merchandise lifecycle: production planning $\rightarrow$ sales tracking $\rightarrow$ replenishment $\rightarrow$ inter-store/channel transfers $\rightarrow$ new category creation.
- Track sell-through rates, stock availability, and aging inventory to proactively recommend markdowns, promotions, or re-allocations.
- Build, maintain, and manipulate robust Excel models for forecasting, sales analysis, buy planning, and allocation.
- Apply sophisticated Excel functionality (pivots, advanced logic formulas, modeling) to solve complex inventory challenges quickly and independently.
- Partner closely with supply chain, sales, and design/buying teams to align product mix, timing, and deliveries with commercial strategy.
- Leverage modern tools and AI as a force multiplier to structure presentation of insights, refine reporting, and streamline workflow—without relying on tech to replace strategic judgment.
