Company Overview
The company is a lifecycle marketing partner for ecommerce brands, focused on building revenue through high-performing email and SMS programs. It blends strategy, copy, design, and rigorous testing to deliver campaigns that drive retention and customer loyalty. Clients rely on the team to move fast, communicate clearly, and consistently ship work that meets a high bar for quality.
It is remote-first, collaborative, and systems-driven. You'll find a culture that values ownership, clarity, and craftsmanship—paired with a practical use of AI and streamlined processes to help the team work smarter. If you enjoy tight feedback loops, supportive teammates, and measurable impact, this is a place to do your best operations work.
Mission
We're looking for an Operations Manager who ensures every client's campaigns ship on time, nothing gets dropped, and clients feel looked after. Day to day, you'll chase approvals and revisions, flag risks early, send clear weekly status updates, and keep internal docs current. You'll juggle multiple clients gracefully, write concise updates, and stay calm and confident when working with founders. If you enjoy structure, problem-solving, and helping creative teams deliver excellent work at speed—you'll feel right at home.
