Company Overview

It is a full-service utility submetering and billing partner supporting property owners and managers across residential communities and commercial sites. From meter reading and data validation to resident invoicing, collections, and reimbursements, the company delivers accurate, timely utility billing that's easy to understand and simple to manage. Customer care, transparency, and regulatory awareness guide everything it does.

You'll find a collaborative, solutions-focused team that values clear communication, dependable follow-through, and continuous improvement. The company blends proven processes with practical technology to help clients recover utility costs fairly while improving the resident experience.

Mission

We're looking for an Operations Manager who will own the day-to-day flow of resident utility billing and service delivery. You'll work closely with the CEO, property owners, and residents to ensure every request is handled promptly, invoices are accurate and on time, and nothing slips through the cracks. Your knack for organization, your ease with computers and CRM tools, and your clear, friendly English communication will help you shine in this role.

On a typical day, you'll review meter data, oversee invoice runs, resolve resident questions, coordinate collections and reimbursements, and tighten the processes that keep the operation humming. If you enjoy a detail-driven environment, solving problems with empathy, and building reliable workflows that make life easier for everyone — you'll feel right at home.
