Operations Manager – Marketing Operations & Delivery
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Fully Remote
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM Beirut Time
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Salary: $2,000–$2,500 USD/month, depending on experience and demonstrated technical and leadership capabilities
Company Overview
The company is a performance-focused marketing partner for service-based and local businesses. It designs and builds high-converting websites and funnels, runs targeted campaigns, and implements robust analytics and tracking so clients can scale with clarity and confidence. From offer strategy to execution, the team blends creative, technical, and data-driven capabilities to deliver measurable growth.
It operates as a remote, process-driven team that values ownership, quality, and speed. Clear SOPs, strong QA, and continuous improvement are core to how work gets done. You'll find a culture that celebrates accountability, collaboration, and doing the right thing for clients—every time.
Mission
We're hiring a senior Operations Manager to be the heartbeat of delivery across projects, campaigns, team execution, and client outcomes.
This is a management position overseeing an existing team, not a first-hire or entry-level operations role. You'll be responsible for keeping the pipeline moving, enforcing quality at every step, and making sure tracking, automations, campaigns, and reporting are reliable.
The ideal candidate is highly autonomous and capable of running day-to-day operations without requiring constant leadership direction. Leadership may frequently be unavailable during normal working hours due to client coaching sessions and on-site commitments, so this role must be able to make decisions, solve problems, manage the team, and drive execution independently.
From assigning work and clearing blockers to final QA and sign-off, you'll own the details that drive results.
Day to day, you'll coordinate handoffs between teammates, build and troubleshoot GoHighLevel campaigns, validate analytics and conversion tracking, manage client escalations, and turn coaching-call insights into strategy and execution plans. You'll then drive the team to build, launch, and complete those initiatives.
If you enjoy fast-paced work, crisp communication, accountability, and bringing order to complex moving parts—and you naturally bring solutions instead of waiting for instructions—you'll feel right at home.

- Monitor campaign performance including deliverability, opens, clicks, replies, and unsubscribes.
- Clean up unused workflows, stale tags, and duplicate contacts to maintain system hygiene.
Coaching Calls, Strategy & Execution
- Prepare marketing numbers, performance insights, and key issues ahead of coaching/training calls.
- Independently interpret coaching-call outcomes and translate them into strategy, priorities, and an execution plan.
- Turn coaching insights into clearly defined initiatives, assign the appropriate owners, and drive the work through build, QA, launch, and completion.
- Do not simply document action items and wait for direction—take ownership of determining what needs to happen next.
- Follow through to confirm action items and strategic initiatives are executed on time and to standard.
- Connect client KPIs to the marketing work and flag misalignment early.
- Partner on offers and funnels, support ads management needs, and ensure data tracking is complete and reliable.
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead and oversee the existing operations/delivery team.
- Hold team members accountable to deadlines, quality standards, and documented processes.

- Document fixes, decisions, and lessons learned so repeat issues are prevented.

- Review tools and subscriptions for redundancy, unnecessary complexity, and unused spend.
- Stay current on relevant marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Bring proposed solutions along with problems and drive fixes without being asked.

You will be successful if you can:
- Keep projects, campaigns, and deliverables moving without constant leadership direction.
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and performance issues and bring solutions—not just problems.
- Lead and coach the existing team while maintaining accountability for deadlines and quality.
- Take ownership of QA and final deliverable sign-off.

- Build, troubleshoot, and manage GoHighLevel campaigns and automations independently.
- Maintain strong standards around tracking, analytics, data quality, and marketing execution.
- Document processes, fixes, and improvements as you go.

- Know when to make a decision independently and when an issue genuinely requires leadership escalation.
