Mission
We're looking for a high-performing Media Buyer to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. In this role, you will build, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment. You will be responsible for both execution and strategic input, working across diverse industries and ensuring strong performance outcomes. This role will initially start as part-time and is expected to transition into a full-time position within 1–2 months based on performance and business needs

Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.
- Build, launch, and manage high-performance campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads across multiple client accounts
- Manage campaigns with a combined historical ad spend experience of $100K+ (ideally handling ~$50K/month budgets)
- Develop full-funnel campaign strategies from scratch across multiple industries and client types
- Set up and manage tracking infrastructure including Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Conversion APIs, and basic Shopify integrations
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
- Work closely with creative teams to guide performance-driven ad creatives and video content strategy
- Work across diverse client accounts (e-commerce, HVAC, service businesses, etc.) — not limited to a single niche
- Build landing pages and support fast campaign deployment when needed (including rapid setup within 1–2 hours when required)
- Collaborate with account and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment with client goals
- Prepare performance reports and communicate insights clearly
- Use CRM and project management tools such as GoHighLevel (preferred) or similar systems like HubSpot/Salesforce, and ClickUp for workflow management
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to improve workflow efficiency, campaign execution, and landing page creation
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and proactively implement improvements
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and performance marketing best practices
Qualifications
- Years of Experience: 2–4+ years in paid media buying and performance marketing
- CRM Tool: GoHighLevel (preferred) or similar CRM experience such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Softwares: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, ClickUp, Google Workspace, AI tools (Claude or similar)
- Industry Knowledge Required: Digital marketing agency experience strongly preferred; multi-industry campaign experience required
- Specific Gender: Male (Preferred)
- Languages: English and French
Skills & Competencies
- Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion systems
- Ability to think creatively and strategically about campaign performance
- Fast execution mindset — able to launch campaigns quickly and efficiently
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data
- Experience working in agency environments handling multiple clients
- Strong adaptability and ability to work in fast-changing priorities
- Comfortable taking ownership beyond core responsibilities (landing pages, strategy input, etc.)
- Strong communication and ability to explain performance decisions clearly
- Bilingual: English & French (mandatory)
Technical Requirements
- Own PC or laptop
- Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GTM, CRM systems, and ClickUp
- Ability to work with AI tools for productivity and campaign execution
Position Description
- Working Hours: 4 Hours per Day, from 6:00 PM till 11:00 PM Beirut Time
- Working Days: 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday (20 Hours per Week, initially start as part-time and is expected to transition into a full-time position within 1–2 months)
- Days Off: Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
- PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off anytime with advanced notice
- Salary Range: $1,200/month (Part-Time) $2,500/month (Full-Time after 1–2 months based on performance)
