Part Time Operations Manager
Remote - Schedule: 7PM till 11PM Beirut Time - Salary Range: $1,000-$1200

Company Overview

We are a boutique, performance-focused digital marketing agency partnering with growth-minded B2B manufacturers and industrial businesses to build reliable lead generation engines. Our team blends paid media, conversion-focused websites and landing pages, and smart CRM architecture to turn qualified traffic into real pipeline and revenue. With a strong emphasis on data, clear communication, and long-term partnerships, we translate complex marketing performance into the plain language operators understand. Operating as a lean, collaborative, remote-first team, we value ownership, proactive problem-solving, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Mission

We are seeking a Part-Time Operations Manager who will act as both the operational heartbeat of our agency and the primary, trusted point of contact for our clients. In this hybrid Operations & Client Success role, you will manage end-to-end account workflows—leading internal team members like media buyers and CRM managers, tracking cross-account deliverables, and coordinating web development—while translating complex marketing reports into client-friendly updates. You will own client onboarding, monitor account health, flag bottlenecks early, and build repeatable systems so the agency can scale smoothly without dropping balls. If you excel at organizing chaos, leading cross-functional teams, and building strong client relationships, you will thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Team Leadership

  • Lead internal team members (media buyers, CRM managers, web developers) through daily/weekly check-ins and standups to ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
  • Track all deliverables across accounts—what is due, when it is due, and who is responsible—and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
  • Own process design, SOP creation, and internal documentation to streamline agency operations as we scale.
  • Keep leadership informed on overall operational status, account health, and campaign performance trends across accounts.
  • Oversee technical workflows, including CRM pipeline architecture builds, landing page/form integrations, and automated lead flow setup.

Client Success & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of up to 8 active B2B manufacturing clients per month.
  • Lead scheduled client check-ins (weekly/biweekly), prepare agendas, and deliver performance updates in plain language that manufacturers understand.
  • Manage client onboarding from end to end, including managing the 2-week quality assurance (QA) period for new accounts.
  • Ensure seamless handoffs across all phases: from sales to onboarding to ongoing delivery and transition into regular management.
  • Track client sentiment and lead quality trends to address risks early, prevent churn, and keep clients informed on longer sales cycles.
  • Send proactive updates so clients never have to reach out first to check on account progress.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or client success within a digital marketing agency or B2B services environment. Must have direct experience in digital marketing workflows (paid media, CRM-driven funnels, lead generation).
  • Team & Account Capacity: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships for up to 8 accounts per month while leading internal specialists (media buyers, CRM managers, web developers).
  • Software & Systems: Hands-on experience with ClickUp (or similar project management platforms), Zapier automation, Close.io (or comparable CRMs), Google Workspace, and communication tools like Slack and Zoom.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of B2B marketing, complex sales cycles, funnel performance metrics, and pipeline architecture.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong organization, proactive risk identification, process improvement, and data literacy.
  • Gender Requirement: No preference.

Technical Requirements

  • Dedicated PC or laptop capable of running video calls and screen shares (Zoom/Google Meet).
  • High-speed, reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended).
  • Noise-canceling headset and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
  • Proficiency in daily CRM management, task tracking tools, and async communication platforms.

Position Description

  • Work Location: Fully remote (work from anywhere).
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Flexible PTO policy with advance notice.
  • Salary Range: $1,000 – $1,200 USD / month.
