Patient Services Representative
Company Overview
Our company is a fast-growing health and wellness business focused on helping women access high-quality health services through a simple, supportive, and patient-first experience. We're looking for a warm, reliable Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective patients who have already expressed interest but haven't yet booked their appointment.
Mission
We're looking for a Patient Services Representative who can connect with interested leads, make them feel comfortable, and help them find a convenient time to schedule their call. This is primarily a patient support and scheduling role rather than a traditional sales position. You'll be speaking with people who have already opted in and shown interest, so your focus will be on providing a friendly experience, answering basic questions, and making the booking process as easy as possible.
If you're naturally warm, confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with people, and enjoy helping others, you'll feel right at home in this role.

- Answer basic questions and provide clear information about the scheduling process.
- Maintain a friendly, patient-first approach throughout every interaction.
- Handle a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining a consistently positive phone presence.
- Accurately update lead and appointment information in the company's systems.
- Follow established call scripts, workflows, and scheduling processes when applicable.
- Escalate questions or concerns that require additional support to the appropriate team member.
- Help minimize missed opportunities by following up consistently with leads who have shown interest.
