RevOps Technologist
Remote -Schedule: 4PM till 12AM - Salary Range: $3000-$3500

Company Overview

We are an elite RevOps consultancy and top-tier global partner specializing in complex portal transformations, legacy CRM migrations, and multi-entity consolidations for mid-market B2B organizations. Utilizing middleware like Make and Zapier, we seamlessly connect CRMs with ERP and finance systems to automate critical workflows. Operating on a remote-first, pod-based delivery model, our team prioritizes documentation, ownership, and direct communication. Our collaborative culture emphasizes async execution, thoughtful planning, and delivering quality work on time. We combine deep technical expertise with practical business sense to ensure clean data, clear processes, and measurable revenue outcomes.

Mission

Our client is hiring a RevOps Technologist who will turn agreed business requirements into reliable, working revenue systems by building and improving CRM configurations, automating processes, migrating and reconciling data, connecting systems, investigating defects, and ensuring seamless adoption for end-users. You will maintain technical ownership over implementation tasks while collaborating closely with practice leads, architects, and project managers to deliver maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Configuration & Automation: Build and refine standard and custom objects, properties, associations, pipelines, lifecycle stages, record layouts, forms, and views. Construct and troubleshoot workflows for lead routing, lifecycle progression, sales handoffs, and post-sale processes. Adapt shared configurations for multi-company requirements while preserving consistent reporting.
  • Data Migration & Quality Maintenance: Translate source spreadsheets and CRM exports into documented mappings. Prepare and execute sample imports, production migrations, and delta imports while reconciling record counts, identifiers, and associations. Investigate duplicates, missing relationships, and preserve source attribution and consent data.
  • Systems Integration & Revenue Operations Support: Implement and troubleshoot HubSpot integrations using native connectors, middleware, and APIs alongside ERP administrators. Configure and validate products, line items, quote templates, subscriptions, and approval workflows. Build and validate reports, dashboards, calculated properties, and CRM views.
  • Testing, Troubleshooting & Client Adoption: Perform rigorous technical QA, prepare sandbox test data, reproduce UAT findings, and fix defects. Support production releases and post-launch troubleshooting. Join technical working sessions, demonstrate builds, and train client administrators.
  • Delivery & Documentation: Keep project tracking tools current with progress, estimates, blockers, and decisions. Document configurations, field mappings, and repeatable procedures. Raise requirements gaps or system limitations early and propose practical next steps. Utilize AI tools to accelerate research and diagnosis while validating outputs against platform behavior.

Qualifications

  • Substantial hands-on HubSpot implementation experience with evidence of personally configured, tested, and supported systems.
  • Strong background in data cleaning, mapping spreadsheet data, importing related records, and validating results.
  • Experience working in multi-company CRM environments, managing Salesforce or Pipedrive migrations, or working with ERPs (e.g., NetSuite), middleware (Celigo, Make, Zapier), and quoting tools (e.g., Qwilr) is desirable.

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep understanding of CRM objects, properties, associations, workflows, pipelines, and underlying B2B business processes.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, authentication, field mapping, and middleware-based integrations to trace errors across system boundaries.
  • Disciplined troubleshooting methodology: reproducing issues, inspecting dependencies, identifying root causes, testing corrections, and documenting results.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical behaviors clearly to colleagues, vendors, and client administrators.
  • Strong self-management skills to balance commitments across multiple concurrent client projects, ask targeted questions, and escalate blockers promptly.

Technical Requirements

  • Own PC or laptop
  • Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
  • Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
