Company Overview

It is a Seattle-based growth marketing and video agency focused on helping local home service businesses get more booked jobs—not just more leads. By running high-performing paid campaigns on Meta and Google and pairing them with conversion-focused video, the team delivers measurable results that clients can see in their calendars and revenue. The company values clear communication, ownership, and disciplined execution, combining creative storytelling with data-backed strategy.

You’ll find a collaborative, fast-moving environment where testing and iteration are part of the culture. The team takes pride in transparent tracking and reporting, so clients always know where their bookings come from. If you thrive in a place where performance, craftsmanship, and accountability matter, you’ll fit right in.

Mission

We’re looking for a senior level Media Buyer to own paid acquisition across Meta and Google Ads for local home service clients. You’ll build, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end, drive traffic to high-converting landing pages, and prioritize booked appointments over raw lead volume. You’ll also lead structured creative testing, deliver a fresh creative pack weekly for each client, and provide daily reporting through Asana and Slack against a performance dashboard.

You’ll have autonomy, clear outcomes, and the chance to scale accounts aggressively while partnering with a video-forward team that makes ads work. If you enjoy fast-paced optimization, disciplined testing, and taking full ownership of results—while communicating clearly and hitting deadlines—you’ll feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.

  • Drive traffic to landing pages over lead forms and optimize for booked appointments
  • Implement and verify conversion tracking to ensure accurate, reliable performance data
  • Review search terms, add negatives, refine match types, and improve relevance and Quality Score
  • Optimize ad copy, headlines, creatives, extensions, and offers to improve CTR and CVR
  • Collaborate with the video/creative team to brief new angles, hooks, and iterations
  • Partner with the team on landing page feedback to improve conversion rates
  • Monitor, analyze, and act on performance data daily; reallocate budgets to winners
  • Provide daily reporting and updates in Asana and Slack, tied to a performance dashboard
  • Maintain clean naming conventions, testing roadmaps, and clear documentation
  • Confidently scale spend while protecting efficiency and lead quality
