The company prides itself on strategic thinking, creative excellence, and delivering impactful campaigns for meaningful clients. The culture is collaborative and growth-minded — a place where precision, creativity, and measurable results matter.
Mission:
We're looking for a mid-level Social Media Coordinator & PR Specialist to join our team — a hybrid role for someone who can shape a brand's voice online and champion its story to the outside world. You'll plan and execute social content across platforms while also building media relationships, pitching stories, and managing the occasional crisis moment. This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone who thrives working independently but collaborates constantly with creative, strategy, and account teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Write, edit, and adapt copy that fits each platform's voice while staying true to brand guidelines.
- Track performance metrics and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers relevant to our clients' industries.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, and byline articles.
- Coordinate interviews, press events, and media opportunities from first outreach to follow-up.
- Monitor media coverage and brand mentions, flagging risks or opportunities early.
- Partner with designers, strategists, and account leads to keep social and PR efforts aligned with broader campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, public relations, or a combined communications role.
- A portfolio or work samples showing both social content and PR/media work (pitches, press coverage, campaigns)
- Excellent writing skills — you can shift tone from playful captions to formal press materials without missing a beat.
- Existing media contacts or a demonstrated ability to build them quickly.
- Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple clients or workstreams without dropping a thread.
- A calm, level head when a story or moment needs quick judgment calls.
- Experience working agency-side across multiple clients at once.
- Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
- Familiarity with influencer partnership programs.
Technical Requirements:
- Own PC or laptop
- Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
- Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
- Access to Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and Notion
- Ability to access ad platforms and basic reporting/tracking tools
Position Description:
- Working Hours: 9 hours, from 4:00 PM till 1:00 AM Beirut Time (Full-time dedication required with no simultaneous jobs)
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
- PTO (Paid Time Off): Approximately 1.5 weeks of vacation annually (allocated as preferred with advanced notice). Allowed either US holidays OR Lebanese national holidays (14 days/year), but not both.
- Salary Range: $1500 – $2,000 USD/month.
