Mission

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can think like a strategist and execute like a world-class operator. Day-to-day you’ll sit at the centre of content direction and account execution for founder-led personal brands: shaping content strategy, selecting post-shoot moments, briefing editors, running calendars, publishing across platforms, and using performance to inform what we do next. If you enjoy making decisive creative calls, improving formats based on real data, and owning high-profile accounts in a fast-moving agency, you’ll feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.

  • Analyse content performance across client accounts and identify which topics, hooks, formats, and narratives outperform baseline content
  • Recommend which content to repeat, refine, test, or stop based on performance, audience response, and brand direction
  • Develop new content ideas, recurring formats, and creative directions tailored to each client’s niche, personality, and goals
  • Translate personal brand positioning into clear, platform-native content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Review raw footage after shoots and identify the strongest content opportunities and hook moments
  • Decide which clips to prioritise, discard, or re-angle and define how each piece should open and progress
  • Shape edit direction before production, including hook, angle, structure, pacing, and narrative, and brief editors to reduce revisions
  • Join client debriefs after shoots when needed to clarify edit and rollout strategy
  • Build, manage, and evolve content calendars across multiple client accounts with clear weekly and monthly direction
  • Identify content gaps early and coordinate with the team to solve production or delivery issues
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms and manage post rollout timing and sequencing
  • Write and adapt captions to match each client’s tone of voice and brand positioning
  • Support story planning and real-time story execution when required
  • Maintain high standards across every published asset, including captions, cover frames, structure, and account consistency
  • Track account performance, extract actionable creative insights, and use those insights to inform future hooks, topics, and formats
  • Spot early signs of content fatigue, format plateauing, or missed opportunities and propose solutions
  • Occasionally attend shoots or client events to guide capture and ensure footage is usable and aligned to strategy
  • Collaborate closely with editors, operations, and client-facing team members to deliver coherent, commercially relevant accounts

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 2–5 years
  • Industry Knowledge Required: Personal branding, founder-led content, social media and short-form content strategy
  • Specific Gender: No preference

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent editorial judgement and strong taste for what makes content work
  • Deep instinct for hooks, structure, storytelling, and short-form content mechanics
  • Ability to analyse performance data and translate it into creative decisions
  • Confident making editorial decisions and explaining the rationale behind them
  • Strong written English and ability to adapt tone across different personalities
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of operating with autonomy
  • Comfortable juggling multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Collaborative mindset — able to work closely with editors, operations, and client-facing teams
  • Passionate about social media, internet culture, and personal brands

Technical Requirements

  • Own PC or laptop
  • Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
  • Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
  • Willingness and ability to be majority in-office in London for the first 6 months (hybrid thereafter)
  • Availability to work core UK hours and occasional weekend flexibility when client needs require it
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and common social editing/scheduling workflows

Position Description

  • Working Hours: 8 hours, from 11:00 AM till 7:00 PM Beirut Time
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
  • Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
