Company Overview
Our company is a fast-growing SaaS provider that builds a cutting-edge, AI-driven revenue engine designed to help businesses automate lead engagement, streamline outreach, and drive predictable conversions. Our intelligent platform automatically engages, qualifies, and sets booked appointments for sales teams, backed by advanced data enrichment tools. The company operates as a remote-first, collaborative team that moves fast, works hard, and lives by four core values: We Care, We're Committed, We're Competent, and We're Curiously Obsessive.
Mission
We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to ensure our technology ecosystem operates seamlessly by building, maintaining, and optimizing integrations, automations, and technical workflows across our platform and internal tools. You'll serve as a key technical resource, bridging the gap between customer-facing teams, product, and engineering by troubleshooting integration issues, managing test environments, and ensuring our systems work reliably and efficiently.
Day-to-day, you'll implement and maintain CRM integrations, build API-driven automations, support technical escalations, manage QA environments, and configure internal tools. If you enjoy solving complex technical problems, are highly detail-oriented, take ownership of technical challenges, and are curiously obsessive about building reliable systems — you'll feel right at home.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your technical skills while supporting the team with excellence.
- Implement, configure, and maintain integrations with CRM platforms, including GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, Zapier, and Close.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for integration-related support, technical troubleshooting, and bug triage.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve integration issues, API errors, workflow failures, and data synchronization problems.
- Build, maintain, and optimize automations across internal tools, including Slack, Pylon, and ClickUp, using Zapier and direct API integrations.
- Develop and maintain reliable workflows that reduce manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable internal operations.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Development teams to understand technical requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Manage and maintain test environments to support quality assurance (QA), integration testing, troubleshooting, and product development.
- Configure, administer, and maintain Pylon, ensuring the platform is properly structured and optimized for internal support and customer-facing workflows.
- Monitor integration performance and proactively identify potential failures, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Document integration configurations, automation workflows, troubleshooting procedures, and technical processes to ensure knowledge is accessible across teams.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical explanations for non-technical team members and customers.
- Support the investigation, reproduction, documentation, and escalation of software bugs to the appropriate development teams.
- Test new integrations, automation workflows, and product updates to ensure functionality, reliability, and compatibility before deployment.
- Maintain clear communication and timely updates on technical issues, escalations, and ongoing implementation work.
- Identify opportunities to improve system architecture, automation logic, integration reliability, and internal technical processes.
- Participate in team stand-ups, technical syncs, and cross-functional planning sessions to align on priorities and ongoing projects.
- Take ownership of assigned technical projects from initial investigation through implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
Qualifications

- CRM & Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, Close, Zapier, Make, or similar CRM and workflow automation platforms.
- API & Integration Knowledge: Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, API authentication, JSON, and troubleshooting API requests and responses.
- Software Used: Zapier, Slack, Pylon, ClickUp, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Close, CRM platforms, API testing tools, and other automation platforms.
- Industry Knowledge Required: SaaS, software integrations, workflow automation, technical support, and a solid understanding of CRM systems and software/AI concepts.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, data flows, and workflow automation logic.
- Comfortable working across multiple software platforms and learning new tools and technologies quickly.
- Ownership mindset with strong follow-through and a self-starter bias for action.
- Analytical thinker who can troubleshoot complex issues, identify patterns, and recommend long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes.
- Strong documentation skills, ensuring technical workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting processes are clearly recorded.
- Ability to manage multiple technical priorities while maintaining responsiveness and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player who works effectively with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Development teams.
- High professional resilience: thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment and is comfortable with direct, blunt, and no-nonsense communication.
