Mission
We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Staff Lawyer specializing in Personal Injury to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role where you'll play a key part in delivering an exceptional client experience, supporting our legal team, and helping move cases forward with clarity, accuracy, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your legal instincts while supporting the department with excellence.
Support your assigned team with administrative and legal tasks.
Set up new claims and follow up on coverage, policy limits, and carrier responses.
Order police reports and ensure all case documentation is accurate and complete.
Draft Letters of Representation (LORs).
Send Welcome Letters to clients to start the relationship on the right foot.
Organize, relabel, and maintain clean and compliant client files. Data Entry.
Request Med-Pay and track all related communications.
Prepare disengagement letters for providers/clients using templates (with attorney approval). Order medical records and bills; maintain organized tracking.
Send medical referrals to appropriate providers.
Generate disbursement sheets with high accuracy.
Submit Open Records Requests to police departments and send Non-Spoliation Letters (using templates).
Deliver outstanding customer service through clear, respectful, and proactive communication.
Qualifications
- Law graduate or current law student. (Ideal)
- Experience working with U.S. companies, U.S. clients, law firms, and personal injury cases.
- Highly desired attention to detail in finance and accounting.
- Able to do settlement sheet mathematics Language
- Fully Bilingual (English – Arabic) Or Trilingual (English–Arabic–Spanish)

Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to learn quickly and gather necessary data independently.
Comfortable following established processes.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Technical Requirements
Your own PC or laptop.
Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended).
Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace with good internet connection.
Position Description
- Time
- You will have to work 8 hours from 4 PM till 12 AM Leb time
- You will also be expected to complete your tasks (see above) 5 days a week.
- Your days off will be on Saturday and Sunday.
- This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
- You may request time off anytime with advanced notice.
- Paid Time Off policy:
First 3 months of probation: Leave is unpaid + 10 lebanese holidays covered
3-6 months: 10 days paid time off for the remainder of the year + Lebanese Holidays
- Compensation: $2,000 - $2,500
