Technical Project Manager
Remote - 4PM till 12AM - Salary Range: $2,000 - $2,500

Company Overview

We are an elite RevOps consultancy and top-tier global partner specializing in complex portal transformations, legacy CRM migrations, and multi-entity consolidations for mid-market B2B organizations. Utilizing middleware like Make and Zapier, we seamlessly connect CRMs with ERP and finance systems to automate critical workflows. Operating on a remote-first, pod-based delivery model, our team prioritizes documentation, ownership, and direct communication. Our collaborative culture emphasizes async execution, thoughtful planning, and delivering quality work on time. We combine deep technical expertise with practical business sense to ensure clean data, clear processes, and measurable revenue outcomes.

Mission

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to own delivery execution for RevOps, CRM, and integration engagements so the Client Partner can focus on the executive client relationship. You will turn statements of work into actionable ClickUp plans, pressure-test hour estimates, and lead technical implementations from kickoff through go-live. By running strict QA gates, forecasting pod capacity, and holding a firm line on scope, you protect project margins and shield the delivery team's calendar from chaos. Operating primarily through async tools like Slack, Loom, and ClickUp, you will orchestrate complex migrations and middleware integrations while maintaining crisp written updates. If you excel at bringing structure to technical complexity and delivering on scope, timeline, and quality commitments, you will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Plan & Scope

  • Translate each SOW into a detailed ClickUp work plan featuring milestones, owners, dependencies, dates, and strict task documentation standard formatting (WHY, DELIVERABLES, SUCCESS, NOTES).
  • Proactively drive execution by ensuring the technical team actively executes assigned and due tasks across all projects.
  • Build and pressure-test hour estimates in partnership with RevOps Technologists and Architects before final client commitments.
  • Spot unscoped requests early, route them internally, and manage them through a structured change control process.

Run Delivery

  • Manage CRM implementations, migrations, and technical integrations from kickoff to go-live.
  • Run strict internal QA gates before client reviews, including property mapping, workflow logic, data reconciliation, and UAT scripts.
  • Coordinate external contractors and client-side technical stakeholders (IT, finance, ERP admins) on project dependencies.
  • Hold the weekly project plan, unblock technologists, and maintain clean ClickUp hygiene (statuses, due dates, dependencies, time tracking).

Capacity & Margin Management

  • Forecast technologist capacity 4–6 weeks out across all active pod engagements.
  • Track weekly delivered hours against SOW scope and flag variances early to protect project margins.

Communication & Async Alignment

  • Publish a written weekly status update for every active engagement detailing progress, risks, next steps, and required decisions.
  • Post weekly delivery metrics in Slack and record async video updates via Loom.
  • Document decisions, assumptions, and action items from client meetings and drive them to closure.

What You Will NOT Do

  • Own the client relationship or lead executive client conversations (owned by the Client Partner).
  • Set pricing, negotiate commercial terms, or handle sales (you will simply surface expansion signals to the Client Partner).

Performance Metrics

  • On-Time Delivery: Maintain a $\ge 90\%$ rate for ClickUp milestones delivered on or before the committed date.
  • Scope & Margin Adherence: Delivered hours remain within $10\%$ of scoped hours per SOW, with zero unbilled scope creep.
  • Communication Compliance: $100\%$ compliance on publishing written weekly status updates with zero client escalations due to missed communication.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 3–7 years in technical delivery within a consultancy, agency, or systems integrator
  • CRM Tool: HubSpot
  • Softwares: ClickUp, HubSpot, Make, Zapier, NetSuite, Epicor, Slack, Loom
  • Industry Knowledge Required: RevOps/CRM delivery, implementations and migrations, and integrations with ERP/finance systems
  • Specific Gender: No preference

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written English; clear, concise async communication
  • Hands-on HubSpot knowledge (objects, properties, pipelines, workflows, integrations)
  • Scope management, change control, and the ability to “hold the line” on dates and scope
  • Capacity forecasting, time-tracking rigor, and budget-to-actual awareness
  • Detail-oriented planning with ClickUp (dependencies, milestones, and time tracking)
  • Quality assurance mindset and structured UAT coordination
  • Stakeholder management, facilitation, and meeting documentation
  • Organized, direct, and calm under pressure; proactive risk and issue management
  • Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

Technical Requirements

  • Own PC or laptop
  • Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
  • Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
  • Ability to work 9 AM–5 PM EST hours (4 PM–12 AM Beirut Time)
  • Access to and proficiency with ClickUp, HubSpot, Slack, Loom, and time-tracking tools

Position Description

  • Working Hours: 8 hours, from 4 PM till 12 AM Beirut Time
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
  • Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
  • PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off anytime with advanced notice
  • Salary Range: $2,000 - 2,500$
