Refund Policy

At RemotelyX, we are committed to providing high-quality recruitment and fulfillment services. We understand the importance of meeting your standards and expectations. Therefore, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:

  • Failure to Meet Standards: If, after interviewing multiple candidates provided by RemotelyX, you determine that none meet the agreed-upon standards, you may request a refund.
  • Request for Refund: To initiate a refund request, please contact us within 30 days of the initial payment. We will review your request and, if it is determined that we have failed to meet the required standards, we will process the refund accordingly.

Delivery Policy

Our services are delivered digitally through various communication channels such as email, Slack, and online meetings. We commence work once the initial payment is received and deliver services as per the agreed timeline in the contract. Any delays or changes in the delivery schedule will be communicated promptly.

Replacement Policy

At RemotelyX, we are committed to ensuring that the candidates we provide meet your standards and expectations. If, within the first three months, the candidate does not meet the agreed-upon standards despite multiple attempts to address any issues, we offer a replacement under the following conditions:

  • Notification: The Client must notify RemotelyX of any deficiencies in the candidate's performance
  • Efforts to Rectify: Upon receiving feedback, RemotelyX will make reasonable efforts to rectify the deficiencies and ensure the candidate meets the required standards.
  • Replacement: If the issues persist and the candidate continues to fall below the agreed-upon standards, we will provide a qualified replacement at no additional charge to the Client.

Confidential Information

We treat all client information with the utmost confidentiality. Any information shared with us will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel our services. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:-

  • Mandatory Probation Period: Our contract includes a three-month probation period, which must be completed before cancellations can be processed.
  • Post-Probation Cancellations: After the three-month probation period, you are welcome to cancel our services if needed.
  • Notification Requirement: To help us process your cancellation smoothly, please notify us at least one week before the next invoice date.
